Your User Agreement Explained

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kh88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to kh88 and its affiliated operating entities responsible for the kh88 platform accessible at kh88.lol.
• "Platform" — refers to the kh88 website, mobile site, applications, and any related digital services provided by kh88.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the kh88 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a User on the kh88 Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total PKR funds held within a User's kh88 Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and credited winnings, and exclusive of any locked bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account by kh88 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, encompassing identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds documentation required by kh88 at its discretion.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the kh88 Platform.

By accessing the kh88 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager through kh88, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and kh88. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the kh88 Platform and, where applicable, close your Account.

kh88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the kh88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kh88 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of kh88 or its affiliated operating partners.
• You must not have previously had a kh88 Account suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

kh88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To participate in betting or gaming activities on the kh88 Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to all kh88 Accounts:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one active kh88 Account. Registering multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details should any information change. kh88 is not liable for losses arising from outdated or incorrect Account information.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kh88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kh88 will never contact you to request your password.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify kh88 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account transfer: kh88 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account Balance to any other person.

kh88 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point by requesting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other documentation as reasonably required for KYC compliance.

kh88 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kh88 Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. kh88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods. Current limits are displayed within the kh88 cashier section and are subject to change at kh88's discretion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals must be made to an account held in the same name as the kh88 Account. kh88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will not be processed on Accounts where outstanding KYC verification is pending.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• kh88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
• kh88 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your Account Balance if a withdrawal request cannot be completed for any valid operational or compliance reason.

kh88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players with verified kh88 Accounts only, unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• kh88 reserves the right to determine which games and betting markets contribute toward wagering requirements, and at what percentage contribution rate.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• kh88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require it.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may lead to Account closure.

kh88 retains absolute discretion to determine whether a User is eligible for a specific promotion and to withhold or reclaim bonus awards where abuse or misuse is suspected.

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed through the kh88 Platform, including sports betting, live in-play markets, casino games, Crash, slots, and all other gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kh88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific product rules.
• kh88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds was made, where the market was offered in error, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, irregular activity, or any other integrity issue.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are visible at the time of bet placement. kh88 may adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents the completion or settlement of a bet, kh88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account Balance.
• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance upon settlement of the relevant market. Settlement timelines vary by event type and are outside kh88's direct control for live events.
• Where kh88 identifies a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or any other game or betting parameter, it reserves the right to correct the error and void or re-settle any affected bets accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kh88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in any gaming context where such collusion creates an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on events for which you possess non-public, material information that could constitute insider knowledge.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting schemes, or systematic exploitation of promotions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any element of the kh88 Platform.

kh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• At the User's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or licensing obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kh88 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, including deposited funds, where permitted by applicable law and where the breach involved fraud, abuse, or criminal activity.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at a User's own request — any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to a reasonable processing period.

All content on the kh88 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game designs, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of kh88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kh88 Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kh88 content without prior written consent.
• Use the kh88 brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any kh88 Platform content.
• Frame or mirror the kh88 Platform on any other website or digital service.

Any unauthorised use of kh88 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kh88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kh88 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption to the availability of the Platform.

kh88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While kh88 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime.

kh88's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kh88 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players, including minors and individuals who may be at risk of developing problem gambling behaviours. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kh88 Account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your Account at any time via Account settings.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you of time spent in an active gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Request indefinite or permanent self-exclusion from the kh88 Platform at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Your continued use of the kh88 Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

It is your sole responsibility to check these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kh88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the kh88 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
